Air Conditioning Certificate to ensure that it is working properly. It really made me think about all the things that go on in restaurants that the general public do not think about. All we do is go in a premises, sit down and order our food and hope for a pleasant experience. Knowing about all the things the owners of the restaurant has to think about made me realise why restaurants put a significant mark up on the prices of the food. After all, it is not just the food that we as diners are enjoying, it is the overall experience.
